You adults have a habit of taking for granted the things you know. Those of us who are not as well-versed in the ways of the world sometimes have to start with more basic things.
For example, let's say you are going for a walk with az anyad and az apad and they let you walk on the stone and rock wall fences. On said walk, you may notice cool purple and white splotches on said rock wall. One who is not familiar with the nitrogen cycle and aviary defecation may not know that it is inappropriate to touch the purple and white splotch. I'm sure this not only makes for wonderful blog reading material, it was also wonderful dinner conversation last night.
