The man is keeping in me down

You ever feel trapped? Like you're in a situation and you just can't get out? Like you have been locked up and the key thrown away? Like forces outside your control have conspired against you? Neither have I, but I've heard of people feeling like that.

On a totally unrelated topic, I was in my bedroom the other day when I realized I hadn't yet instructed az apam in what I needed him to accomplish that day.

Fortunately, my voice has gotten stronger so I was able to instruct him from the top of the stairs.
